1. Where can I park?
The march does not have the ability to provide parking and transportation. We urge marchers to use MARTA when possible. Please view our google map for locations of public lots and MARTA stations.
You may also connect with marchers outside of Metro Atlanta for shared transportation by contacting our regional coordinators
2. Do I need to sign up to march?
There is no official RSVP; however, joining our Facebook event page by choosing “going” will help planning
3. What is the point of marching?

The goal of the march is to get numbers. We want people physically present, banded together, to show how many Georgians support civil rights moving forward, not backward.

In order to move forward, our community partners need support. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and our community partners tab to learn about the work these organizations have been doing and will continue to do for the betterment of Georgia.

4. Is it ok to bring my child? The march is a family-friendly event. Keep in mind that we expect very large crowds.

5. Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals allowed due to crowd size and space issues.

6. How can I volunteer?

Fill out our online volunteer form to volunteer for the day of the march. If you have a special skill set you would like to volunteer for pre-march planning, email aisha.atlantamarch@gmail.com.
7. Where can I buy T-shirts and other merchandise?
Show your support by visiting our official online store ! 50% of sales will be donated directly to offset march costs!

8. Can I bring a sign?

We absolutely encourage marchers to bring signs that support their community! For safety, we ask marchers not to use any sticks, poles or PVC pipes which can accidentally cause injuries. Please do not bring handouts or promotional materials which can cause excess litter. You can find sign inspirations here
9. Does the march accommodate people with disabilities?
We strive to be as accessible as possible! Please visit our accessibility tab for more information!
10. What if it rains?
This is an all-weather event! Be prepared for what the day may bring! Full raincoats are optimal: 10,000 umbrellas in a tight crowd is difficult to manage! But of course bring one if you need it!
